The protection of the Artsakh-Azerbaijani contact line should get necessary regulations - Tigran Abrahamyan

The Head of 'Henaket' analytical center Tigran Abrahamyan believes the protection of the Line of Contact between Artsakh and Azerbaijan should be properly regulated.  "I had the opportunity to stress on several occasions that the protection/defense of the Line of Contact between Artsakh and Azerbaijan should get necessary regulations, even if the Russian peacekeeping contingent will be tasked to implement this," Abrahamyan wrote on his Facebook page. "Only patrolling from observations posts or peacekeeping service at important crossroads will not resolve all security issues. Yesterday's incident came to prove this. These are issues which require urgent solutions," Abrahamyan wrote. 

To remind, the Artsakh Defense Army reported on Saturday that on December 11, at around 8:40pm, the Azerbaijani side attempted an attack on one of the military positions located in the southern direction of the Defense Army, Three reservists have received gunshot wounds of various degrees as a result of the firefight.
