Ombudsman visits Moscow to discuss the issue of Armenian captives held in Azerbaijan

The Human Rights Defender of Armenia Arman Tatoyan is in Moscow on a working visit.

"The aim of the visit is to contribute to the return of our captives held in Azerbaijan," Tatoyan wrote on Facebook, adding no additional details will be communicated about the visit and the planned meetings, given the sensitivity of the topic.
