Lusine Gharakhanyan reappointed to a ministerial post in Artsakh

Artsakh President Arayik Harutyunyan signed on Wednesday a decree, appointing Lusine Gharakhanyan to the post of the minister of education, science, culture and sport. As the press department at the President’s Office reported, Gharakhanyan was relieved from the post of minister of education, science and culture.
