Number of museums to be open in Armenia during New Year holidays

Number of museums in Armenia under subordination of the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sport will be open for visitors during the New Year holidays,

The ministry has issued the list of museums open to public on January 2-4 from 12:00 to 18:00.  The following museums will be open: 

1. Yeghishe Charents Museum of Literature and Art 

2. The National Gallery of Armenia 

3. Komitas Museum-Institute

4. Service for the Protection of Historical Environment and Cultural Museum-Reserves

5. Museum of Russian Art 

6. Hovhannes Sharambeyan Folk Art Museum

7. The Sardarapat Ethnography and Liberation Movement History Museum 

8. House-Museum of Hovhannes Tumanyan

9. House-Museum of Yeghishe Charents

10. House-Museum of Martiros Saryan 

11. House-Museum of Alexander Spendiaryan

12. House-Museum of Yervand Kochar

13. House-Museum of Aram Khachaturian 

14. Sergei Parajanov Museum

15. House-Museum of Avetik Isahakyan

16. House-Museum of Khachatur Abovian

17. Geography Museum of Hrazdan 

18. House-Museum of Orbeli brothers
