Armenia reports 157 fresh coronavirus cases on January 11

Armenia has confirmed 157 new cases of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) in a 24-hour period, bringing the national tally to 162,288 as of 11 a.m. Monday, January 11, the Ministry of Health reports.

561 more patients have recovered from the disease with the total number of recoveries now standing at 149,873.

The coronavirus death toll has increased by two to 2,931. Two patients carrying the virus died from other causes in the past 24 hours.

The number of active cases is 8,782. As many as 609,930 tests have been performed in the country since the disease outbreak.
