Armenia reports 211 fresh coronavirus cases, 5 deaths on Feb. 6

Armenia has confirmed 211 new cases of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) in a 24-hour period, bringing the national tally to 167,937 as of 11 a.m. Saturday, February 6, the Ministry of Health reports.

227 more patients have recovered from the disease with the total number of recoveries now standing at 159,577.

The coronavirus death toll has increased by 5 to 3,114. 779 other patients carrying the virus have died from other causes so far.

The number of active cases is 4,467. As many as 661,749 tests have been performed in the country since the disease outbreak.
