Ashot Hakobjanyan appointed Director of Artsakh NSS

According to Artsakh President Arayik Harutyunyan's decree, Ashot Hakobjanyan was appointed Director of the National Security Service of Artsakh Republic, the information department at the President's Office reported. By another decree of the president, Ararat Melkumyan appointed first deputy of the NSS Director.
