Artsakh president to be questioned as part of probe into ‘overthrow of constitutional order’

Artsakh President Arayik Harutyunyan will be summoned to the country’s Prosecutor General’s Office for questioning as part of a criminal case into “overthrow of constitutional order” under Article 312 (Part 1) of the Criminal Code.

In a statement on Thursday, the Prosecutor’s Office said it will provide additional information on the specific date of the president’s interrogation.
