Time is not on our side - Tigran Abrahamyan

The Head of "Henaket" analytical center Tigran Abrahamyan commented on Facebook the situation in Syunik province. 

"My impression is that Azerbaijan is playing for time, settling in favorable positions. Time is not on our side. The longer it takes us to find solutions, the lower is the possibility for Azeris to return to their initial positions," wrote Abrahamyan.
