Armenia reports 54 fresh COVID-19 cases on June 28

Armenia has confirmed 54 new cases of coronavirus in 24 hours, bringing the national tally to 224,851 as of 11 a.m. Monday, June 28, the Ministry of Health reports.

87 more patients have recovered from the disease with the total number of recoveries now standing at 216,645.

The COVID-19 death toll has increased by 3 to 4,510. The figure does not include the deaths of 1,099 other people carrying the virus. According to the health authorities, they were caused by other diseases.

Armenia now has 2,597 active cases. As many as 1,177,814 tests have been performed in the country since the disease outbreak.
