Newborn baby found abandoned under a fence in one of Gyumri districts

A newborn boy was found under a fence of in  Shahumyan street of Gyumri town, according to local police. The baby was noticed by a passer-by who  heard the cries of a baby. The police were alerted then, and the baby was taken to a local hospital. The operative investigative group is working at the scene to find out the circumstances of the incident. 

Emergency workers have confirmed that the boy had born several hours ago and still had his umbilical cord attached when he was discovered
