The Office of the Human Rights Defender opens regional office in Kapan

The Office of the Human Rights Defender of Armenia has opened a regional office in southern Syunik province of Armenia which has turned into a border region. As Ombudsman Arman Tatoyan reported on Facebook, the regional office is located in Kapan town, which is also the regional center of the province. 

It is noted that the Office of the Human Rights Defender has regional branches in Shirak and Gegharkunik provinces as well.
