Karen Brutyan appointed Deputy Defense Minister

First Deputy Minister of Finance Karen Brutyan has been dismissed from his post and appointed Deputy Defense Minister of Armenia. The respective decree is signed by Nikol Pashinyan and published on the government website. 

To note, Brutyan is the second deputy minister of defense appointed recently. Earlier, former Chief of Police Arman Sargsyan was appointed to the post of the first deputy minister.
