Razmik Khumaryan appointed Ambassador of Armenia to Belarus

Armenian President Armen Sarkissian on Monday appointed Razmik Khumaryan as Armenia’s Ambassador to Belarus, the press release posted on the website of the President’s Office reported. According to the presidential decree, the appointment came at the suggestion of the Prime Minister.
