A new residential district being built in Artsakh's Askeran region

A new residential district is being built in Hovsepavan community, Artsakh’s Askeran region to be provided to 92 Artsakh families displaced due to the 44-day war. As the Artsakh Republic Ministry of Urban Development reports, the district will have 92 private houses with total area of 1200sq. meter.s 

The houses will have 2,3 and 4 rooms. The district will have a green zone a playing ground a school and an administrative building. The construction works are carried out by Kapavor ltd.
