Azerbaijan holding drills in occupied Berdzor

Azerbaijan is holding command and staff drills in Artsakh’s Berdzor (Lachin) region, which was occupied by Baku as a result of last year’s war, the Azerbaijani media reported on Tuesday, citing the country's Defense Ministry.

The drills are being conducted under the 2021 land forces training plan on the area, map and a model of the area with the use of communications means, the report revealed.

The ministry said that Azerbaijan’s special forces started tactical and special drills on October 14.
