Newborn baby infected with coronavirus dies in Yerevan

A newborn baby infected with COVID-19 died at the Muratsan University Hospital Complex in Yerevan, Shushan Danielyan, Chief of Staff of the Yerevan State Medical University, said on Facebook.

According to her, the one-month-old baby died in the ICU of the hospital on Friday morning.

The baby was hospitalized on October 19 and hooked up to a ventilator a week later on October 26.
