Court hearing in Robert Kocharyan's case postponed for a week

The Yerevan Court of General Jurisdiction on Tuesday postponed the hearing in the case of second Armenian President Robert Kocharyan and former Deputy Prime Minister Armen Gevorgyan.

Kocharyan's lawyers had notified the court that the former president was going to attend the funeral of third Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan’s mother, the legal team said.

The court complied with the request of the defense lawyers and postponed the hearing for a week.
