State-sponsored Armenophobia in Azerbaijan is aimed at nurturing enmity between the two people around the world, and this policy endangers the stability in third countries, Armenian Human Rights Defender Arman Tatoyan said. The Ombudsman's remarks came at a press conference organized by the Armenian National Committee of America-Western Region.
