Wreath in memory of earthquake victims laid in Gyumri on behalf of Robert Kocharyan

A wreath was laid at the memorial to Earthquake’s victims in Gyumri on behalf of Armenia's second president Robert Kocharyan. As the former president's Facebook page reported,  as every year on December 7, the wreath was laid at the memorial next to the Holy Savior's Church in Gyumri, honoring the memory of the earthquake victims.
