Two Armenian soldiers injured in Azerbaijani shooting – Defense Ministry

Two Armenian servicemen were slightly wounded in Azerbaijani shooting at the eastern border section, the Armenian Defense Ministry reported on Thursday.

The firefight at the border area ceased as of 6pm, it said.

Earlier on Thursday, the Defense Ministry said that the Azerbaijani military had resorted to yet another provocation, opening heavy fire at Armenian combat positions along the Armenian-Azerbaijani border in Gegharkunik Province.
