Armenia returns two Azerbaijani soldiers detained on Dec. 18

Two Azerbaijani servicemen, who were detained by Armenian soldiers on 18 December after crossing into the Armenian territory, were returned to the Azerbaijani side, the Defense Ministry reported on Monday.

“On December 20, with the mediation of the Russian Federation, the servicemen were returned to the Azerbaijani side for humanitarian reasons,” the ministry said.
