Robert Kocharyan offers condolences on passing of Grigory Hayrapetov

Armenia's second President Robert Kocharyan on Tuesday extended condolences on the demise of Major-General Grigory Hayrapetov, former head of the State Security Service of the National Security Service (NSS).

According to a post on his official Facebook page, the former president sent a condolence message to the general's family.

Hayrapetov, 54, died at his home in Yerevan's Yeraz district on January 1.
