Special envoys of Armenia and Turkey have arrived at the Russian Foreign Ministry's Reception House in Moscow for the first meeting on normalization of bilateral relations, RIA Novosti reports.
Armenia and Turkey have appointed special envoys to discuss steps in a bid to normalize their ties in 2021. Yerevan is represented by Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly Ruben Rubinyan, while Ankara's special representative is former Ambassador of Turkey to the U.S. Serdar Kilic.
