Artsakh ombudsman: Azerbaijan’s actions are more aggressive in recent days

In a video message on Tuesday, Artsakh’s Human Rights Defender (Ombudsman) Gegham Stepanyan urged the OSCE Minsk Group co-chairing countries, ombudspersons of all countries, international institutions and human rights organizations to force Azerbaijan to stop its criminal actions against the Artsakh people.
