Stepantsminda-Larsi road open to all vehicles

Stepantsminda-Larsi highway connecting Armenia and Russia is currently open to all vehicles, the Armenian Ministry of Emergency Situations said.

The ministry cited reports of the Department of Emergency Situations of Georgia's Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Crisis Management Center (CMC) of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations in North Ossetia.

“Drivers are recommended to use exclusively winter tires,” the statement said.
