Last Bell in Armenia: 33 vehicles driven by minors taken to penalty areas

As part of enhanced security measures in place for Last Bell celebrations in Armenia, the police took 39 cars to penalty areas as of Friday afternoon, it said in a statement.

33 of the vehicles were driven by minors, 4 drivers had no license, one was driving with replaced license plates and another was caught drunk driving.

The Armenian police say no traffic accidents involving minors have been recorded so far.
