Rains, thunderstorms expected in Armenia in next few days

Rains and thunderstorms are expected in some parts of Armenia late on June 11 to grip most of the country on June 12-16, the Hydrometeorology and Monitoring Center reports, adding hailstorms are also possible.

The western wind speed is 2-5 m/s. Strong winds up to 23 m/s are expected during thunderstorms.

Temperatures are set to gradually drop by 2-3 degrees across the country on June 11-12.

Showers and thunderstorms are also predicted in Yerevan, the capital of Armenia, on June 11-16.
