Rescuers caught seven snakes in Armenia in two days

Employees of Armenia’s Ministry of Emergency Situations found and caught seven snakes in various parts of the country on July 13-15, the ministry said.

In particular, the snakes were spotted in the capital Yerevan, Ararat, Aragatsotn and Kotayk Provinces.

The rescuers dispatched to the scene caught 3 levant blunt-nosed vipers, 1 whipsnake, 2 red-bellied racers and 1 Armenian viper, moving them to a safe area.
