The Territorial Survey for Seismic Protection of Armenia’s Ministry of Emergency Situations recorded a magnitude 3․7 earthquake in the Azerbaijan-Georgia border area on Thursday morning.
The earthquake struck 35 km northeast of the city of Shamkir at a depth of 10 km.
The tremor measured 5 points on the MSK scale at the epicenter.
The jolts were also felt in Armenia, particularly in the village of Koti in Tavush Province.
