Minute's silence to be held in Artsakh on Sept. 27

A minute's silence will be held in Artsakh on September 27 in memory of those who were killed in the 2020 war, the state commission coordinating the war anniversary commemorations said in a statement

Artsakh Armenians have been asked to observe a minute's silence at 11am.

A procession to the Stepanakert Memorial will also be held on the second anniversary of the war.

“We ask all drivers and citizens to stand up and pay respects to the victims,” the statement said.
