Armenian players to compete at European Youth Chess Championship

Armenian chess players will compete at the European Youth Chess Championship 2022 to be held in Antalya, Turkey from November 5 to 15.

The Chess Federation of Armenia reports that International Arbiter (IA) Ashot Vardapetyan held a seminar for the young players in the spa town of Tsaghkadzor in advance of the championship.

The event organized by the European Chess Union will be played in 6 age categories: U8, U10, U12, U14, U16 and U18, open and girls sections separately.
