Artsakh president dismisses caretaker justice minister

Artsakh Republic President Arayik Harutyunyan on Thursday signed a decree to dismiss Zhirayr Mirzoyan as interim Minister of Justice.

The responsibilities of the justice minister were temporarily assigned to first deputy minister Kamo Kocharyan, the presidential office reported.
