The Lithuanian Foreign Ministry has expressed deep concern over the ongoing Azerbaijani blockade of the Lachin corridor, the sole road connecting Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) to Armenia.
“Deeply concerned about the continuing blockade of the Lachin Corridor, resulting in severe humanitarian consequences for Nagorno-Karabakh,” the ministry said in a statement on Friday.
“Such developments not only hinder the free movement, but also derail the whole peace process in South Caucasus,” it added.
