Driver wounded in four-car crash in Armenia

One man has been injured following a four-vehicle crash in Armenia on Friday morning, the Ministry of Emergency Situations reported.

The accident happened on Vanadzor-Stepanavan highway and involved VAZ-2121, Mercedes-Benz C, VAZ-2110 and Mercedes-Benz ML cars.

The emergencies ministry dispatched one fire and rescue squad to the scene.

The crash injured the Mercedes-Benz C driver, who was taken to the Vanadzor Medical Center.

The cause of the accident was not immediately clear.
