The European Union has sent more than 77,000 tons of aid to Ukraine since the start of the war in February 2022, President of the European Commission Ursula von der Leyen said.
“Since February, the European Union has shipped over 77,000 tonnes of in-kind assistance to Ukraine. This includes life-saving supplies such as medicine, food, shelter items. As well as fire-fighting vehicles and mobile hospitals. Europe’s solidarity with Ukraine is only growing stronger,” she tweeted on Tuesday.
