Artsakh FM: It is necessary to avoid stupidity, provocateurism as much as possible

A new round of geopolitical formatting has begun in a number of key geopolitical spaces, says Artsakh's acting Foreign Minister David Babayan.

"This process is objective, inevitable, complex, full of challenges and shocks. It requires composure, flexibility, courage, patriotism and professionalism," he wrote on Facebook on Thursday.

"It is necessary to avoid stupidity, demagoguery, provocateurism as much as possible, God help us!" the official said.
