Chairman of Armenia's Higher Attestation Commission steps down

Chairman of Armenia’s Higher Attestation Commission submitted resignation to Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan on Tuesday.

He posted a copy of the resignation letter on his Facebook page.

"Rejecting the current higher education and science policies pursued by the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sports of Armenia, I am asking to be relieved of my position,” the letter says.

Keryan promised to provide details of his decision later.
