Border adjustment carried out in Tegh-Kornidzor section, NSS says

Armenian and Azerbaijani officials held a meeting in the Tegh-Kornidzor border section, Armenia’s National Security Service (NSS) reported on Saturday.

They carried out border adjustment work, which “significantly improved” the situation in the border area, the NSS said in a statement.

“The work is currently underway and the public will be kept posted on the results,” it said.

The Security Service said earlier that Azerbaijani forces had advanced 100-300 meters into Armenia’s sovereign territory.
