Armenia drop two spots to 97th in FIFA rankings

Armenia’s national football team has slipped two spots below to be placed 97th in the latest edition of the FIFA rankings released on Thursday.

World Cup winners Argentina have returned to the top of the FIFA rankings for the first time in six years.

France are second in the rankings and Brazil have slipped to third.

Belgium remain fourth, England are fifth followed by the Netherlands in sixth, Croatia seventh and Italy eighth. Portugal and Spain complete the top 10.
