Quake hits Turkey-Iran border, felt in Armenia

A magnitude 4.3 earthquake struck the Turkey-Iran border on Tuesday.

The quake was 7 km northeast of the city of Maku and at a depth of 10 km, the Rescue Service of the Armenian Interior Ministry reported.

The tremors were felt in Armenia’s capital Yerevan, as well as Ararat Province, measured at 2-3.
