Rain, strong winds in the forecast

The cloudy and rainy weather will persist in most parts of Armenia till Saturday, with sleet expected in the country’s mountainous regions.

There is also a high probability of thunderstorms the weather service says.

Strong winds of up to 20 m/s are expected in some parts of the country on April 12-14.

Temperatures are set to drop by 5-7C on Thursday and overnight Friday.

The capital Yerevan will also see rainfall till Saturday. Thunderstorms are also possible.
