14 children hospitalized after suspected food poisoning in Armenian town

14 children from a kindergarten in Artashat, a town in Armenia’s Ararat Province, have been hospitalized from suspected food poisoning.

They were taken to the Artashat Medical Center with food poisoning symptoms after returning home from the kindergarten on Thursday, the police said on Friday.

The hospital reported the incident to the Artashat Police Department late on Thursday evening.

A probe into the circumstances of the incident is underway.
