Armenian religious leader wishes Pope Francis speedy recovery

His Holiness Karekin II, Supreme Patriarch and Catholicos of All Armenians, wished a speedy recovery to Pope Francis after his surgery, the Armenian Church said in a statement on Friday.

Karekin II wished Pope Francis robust health and long years of service.

Pope Francis, 86, was in good condition after a hernia operation, the Vatican said on Thursday.
