Fire breaks out at Yerevan landfill site

A fire broke out at the Nubarashen landfill site on the outskirts of Yerevan last night.

Emergency workers were called to the area at 4։49am, Armenia’s Rescue Service said.

Four fire and rescue teams of the Rescue Service are working to contain it.

A fire erupted at the garbage dump on May 18 and was put out nearly then days later.
