Foreign nationals injured by Azeri fire in Yeraskh successfully undergo surgery

The two foreign nationals wounded by Azerbaijani fire in the Armenian border village of Yeraskh have successfully undergone surgery, the Health Ministry of Armenia reports.

The men were injured after a smelting plant under construction in Yeraskh came under Azerbaijani fire on Wednesday morning. They are Indian nationals working on the construction site.

“They have successfully undergone surgery and are in moderate condition,” the ministry said in a statement.
