Artsakh soldier wounded in Azeri shooting

An Artsakh army soldier has been injured by Azerbaijani gunfire, the Artsakh Defense Ministry reported.

“On June 22, at 1:00 p.m., the Azerbaijani armed forces violated the ceasefire in the direction of the Martakert region, using firearms. As a result of the Azerbaijani shooting, contract serviceman Mher Hakobyan was wounded,” the ministry said in a statement.

The command of the Russian peacekeeping contingent was informed about the incident.
