Azerbaijan again fires at Yeraskh plant

A smelting plant under construction in the Armenian border village of Yeraskh has again come under Azerbaijani fire, the GTB Steel LLC reported.

“On July 10, at 12:25pm, Azerbaijani forces again opened fire on employees of the under-construction metallurgical plant in Yeraskh,” the company said in a statement.

“Fortunately, there are no casualties,” it added, sharing footage of the shooting caught on cameras in the construction site.

Azerbaijani troops have repeatedly targeted the foreign-financed smelting plant in recent weeks.
