Azeri forces fire at farmer in Artsakh

Azerbaijani troops on Tuesday opened fire on a farmer carrying out agricultural work in Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh), the police said.

A combine harvester driven by the man in the village of Avdur came under fire from the nearby Azerbaijani combat outposts at around 7:30pm.

The farmer escaped unharmed, but his vehicle was damaged in the shooting.

The agricultural work had to be suspended. The incident was reported to the Russian peacekeeping contingent stationed in Artsakh.
