Quake hits near Armenian village

A magnitude 2.8 earthquake struck near an Armenian village on Monday.

The quake was 6 km south of the village of Shorzha and at a depth of 10 km, the Armenian Interior Ministry reported.

The tremors were felt in the Armenian capital of Yerevan and Gegharkunik Province, measured at 2-3.
